ANNOUNCING THE 2010 SPRING MUSIC SERIES

Boston Court Performing Arts Center presents the 2010 Spring Music Series featuring an assorted mix of performances.  The series begins May 15 in the Marjorie Branson Performance Space at Boston Court Performing Arts Center, 70 North Mentor Avenue.

“In the past we tended to program music that was specifically Jazz or Classical, yet our mission calls for works that are creative and bold,” says Boston Court Executive Director, Michael Seel, “So in 2010, we’re mixing it up by offering music events that blur genre lines: electronic music with classical roots, opera mixed with pop/techno, and classic film with contemporary classical music. We’ll still program some Jazz and Classical, but in addition we’ve found some musical performances that will really catch the attention of the community and music lovers in general.”
